2Language Selection
Select your preferred language (Greek/English) using the language switcher in the top-right corner.
3Choose Your Login Method
You can sign in using:
Email & Password: Enter your registered email and password
Google Account: Click "Sign in with Google" for quick access
⚠️ First Time Users
If you don't have an account, click on either Sign in with Google or Sign in with Email and follow the
instructions.
2. Fill Account Details for Parent and Student(s)

After logging in, you'll be redirected to the Profile section if your account details are incomplete.

Personal Information Required:
First Name: Your given name
Last Name: Your family name
Email: Your email address (auto-filled from registration)
Mobile: Your phone number
Role: Select "Parent" or "Personnel"
2Add Student Information
If you selected "Parent" as your role, you must add at least one student:
Student Details Required:
Student First Name
Student Last Name
Classroom: Select from dropdown
Allergies: Specify any food allergies
💡 Tip
You can add multiple students by clicking "Add Student" for each child.
⚠️ Profile Validation
All fields must be completed before you can proceed to place orders. The system will automatically
redirect you to complete your profile if any information is missing.
3. Top Up Your Account
1Check Your Balance
Your current balance is displayed at the top of the Profile section and in the header of the app.
2Add Funds
To top up your account:
Select a preset amount (10€, 20€, 30€, 50€)
Or enter a custom amount in the "Other amount" field
Click the "Top Up" button

3Complete Payment
You'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway via Viva Wallet to complete your transaction using among
others:
Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
Google Pay, Apple Pay
PayPal, Viva Wallet, IRIS
💳 Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections. Lunchbox credits are non-refundable and
must be used within the application.

2Understanding Meal Packages
Meal packages are prepaid subscriptions that offer:
📅 Time-based Packages
Monthly Packages: Meals for a specific month
Packages for a trimester: Meals for a trimester (e.g. Christmas - Easter)
Annual Packages: Meals for the entire school year
💰 Benefits
Discounts: Better prices than individual orders
Sibling Discounts: Additional discounts for multiple children
Convenience: Meals are pre-registered and you only need to take action if you wish to change any.
3Select Package
When you select the package with the time period you want, you can purchase it for 1 or more children and yourself, if you work in the school. All discounts are applied automatically.
4Payment and Activation
To activate a package:
Verify your choices
Check the total cost
Ensure you have sufficient balance
If you have lunchbox credits, click "Complete Order".
If you don't have lunchbox credits, or the lunchbox credits are not enough, click "Purchase Meal Package" to use your card.
5Meal Package Management
After activating the package:
Automatic Orders: The system automatically orders meals for each school day
Changes: You can change meals before the deadline with another available meal of the day

Non-refundable: Packages cannot be refunded after activation
School Holidays: Meals are not delivered during school holidays, bank holidays, and for any days the school is closed

⏰ Meal Package Deadlines
Packages must be ordered before the start of the period they cover. Deadlines are shown on the packages page.
5. Daily Orders
1Navigate to Orders
Click on the "Order" tab in the navigation menu to access the ordering interface.
2Select Date
Use the date selector to choose the day you want to order for. You can:
Navigate between weeks using the arrow buttons
Select specific days that have available menus
Orders must be placed before the deadline shown at the top
3Choose Individual Meals and Snacks
During the regular school year, depending on your school, you can order:
🍽️ Individual Meals
Main Meals: Choose from available main dishes
Salads: Select the salad of the day
Desserts: Choose the dessert of the day
🥤 Snacks and Beverages
Snacks: Choose from various canteen snacks
Juices: Select from different juices and beverages
4Review and Confirm
Before completing your order:
Review all selected items
Check the total price
Ensure sufficient account balance
5Complete Order
Click "Complete Order" to finalize your order. You'll see a confirmation screen and your account balance
will be updated.
💰 Insufficient Balance
If you don't have enough balance in your account, the "Complete Order" button will be disabled. You'll need to:
Navigate to the "My Account" section
Top up your account with sufficient funds
Return to complete your order
The system will show an error message indicating your current balance is insufficient to complete the order.

Weekly View: Use the weekly orders view to see all your upcoming orders
Order Changes: You can modify/cancel orders before the deadline
Balance Alerts: Keep your balance above €10 to avoid ordering interruptions
⏰ Important Timing Information
Orders must be placed before the cutoff time. This is displayed at the top of the order page.

1Navigate to Orders
Click on the "Order" tab in the navigation menu.
2Select Date
Use the date selector to choose the day you want to order for.
3Choose your Set Menu for the day (Summer School)
It typically includes three meal periods:

Auto-selected for set day menu
Includes 1 mixed juice & 1 bottle of water
🥤 Morning Snack
Auto-selected for set day menu
Offers energy snacks
🍽️ Lunch
A choice between two meals can be made
One option is always vegetarian
